Having bought an old farmhouse- I am simply amazed at the product that Mr. Sandless was able to accomplish. The crew was efficient, timely, and thorough. When we hit some major snags (needing to go to a sanded effort because of painted wood, multiple variations of hardwood, etc), the owner worked with us to keep the cost closer to the quoted price. He ended up coming out to finish the project himself when the job took longer than planned. (The original crew was really great, even replaced another board that I didn’t notice until everything was sanded).
